Operating quietly, this DC (Direct Current) motor runs cooler and uses up to 70% less energy than AC (Alternating Current) motors. This powerful motor will deliver an estimated airflow performance of 9064 cubic feet per minute on high while only drawing 29 Watts of power. The FR-W1816-62L motor feature 6 fan speeds for both Summer and Winter applications.

Our Modern Forms Fans are smart technology compatible. Use the Modern Forms app to control fan speed and light output. You can even create a schedule for when you want your fan to operate and it will adapt to you. The Smart Fan can also be integrated with Smart Home Devices including Google Assistant, Amazon Echo, Nest and ecobee for voice command and energy saving.
