Here are the details of our free exchanges and returns policy:

• Return shipping is FREE. simply fill out a RGA# form (FOUND HERE)
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Used, damaged, or modified items will not be accepted for return.
  • You will be provided with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
• Custom order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the "products and taxes" for your order (minus any applicable fees such as shipping [orders under $100] or expedited shipping fees).
  • Return Shipping: We'll take care of fees for getting the package back to us, but shipping fees aren't refunded on the original order.
