Return & Exchange Policy

At AQLighting Group, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how our return & exchange process works:

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Most new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Fill out the Returns form via our Returns/Claims page.
  • Provide your order number, photo(s) of the product condition (if needed), and reason for return.
  • Wait for our approval and instructions. Once approved, ship the items back per our guidelines.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is free for most orders except light bulbs and small accessories.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), we cover both return shipping and any refund/exchange needed.
  • For other returns (change of mind, wrong color, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing Time

  • Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our Quality Control Department inspects it.
  • Refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the items.
  • Total refund time may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Exceptions & Non-Eligible Items

  • Light bulbs are 100% non-refundable.
  • Used items, items damaged, modified, or missing original packaging will not be accepted or may incur restocking fees.
  • Products not eligible under this policy include custom orders and special order products.
