Return & Exchange Policy
At AQLighting Group, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how our return & exchange process works:
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- Most new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Fill out the Returns form via our Returns/Claims page.
- Provide your order number, photo(s) of the product condition (if needed), and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and instructions. Once approved, ship the items back per our guidelines.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is free for most orders except light bulbs and small accessories.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), we cover both return shipping and any refund/exchange needed.
- For other returns (change of mind, wrong color, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing Time
- Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our Quality Control Department inspects it.
- Refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the items.
- Total refund time may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
5. Exceptions & Non-Eligible Items
- Light bulbs are 100% non-refundable.
- Used items, items damaged, modified, or missing original packaging will not be accepted or may incur restocking fees.
- Products not eligible under this policy include custom orders and special order products.
