LED ready, the LEDD333C LED floodlight uses a outdoor-rated Medium Base socket, which is compatible with AQL's line of energy efficient LED PAR30BR30 light bulbs. LED technology will save you money over halogen, as a 6w LED bulb will put out the same amount of light as a 35w halogen bulb will. Not only will it save you money but LED will extend the life of the fixture by producing less heat. Less heat means less wear on your outdoor light.
