To be used when you just want the rope light to light up without using a controller. Remember without a controller, the rope light will not blink,flash or have other effects. Easy to add another 6 feet to reach your outlet. Perfect with your incandescent 2 wire 1/2 inch rope light when you want a section of the 2 wire rope light to be still or static. This power cord will not directly connect to the rope light, you must use a power connector to connect the rope light to the power cord.
