We've brought over all of the benefits that you've come to expect from our class leading 120V rope light systems, with the added safety of low voltage lighting. This 12V LED rope light comes in soft warm white, perfect for traditional designed locations and is fully dimmable with the use of a Maestro wall dimmer system. Huge energy savings await as our 12V LED rope light consumes just 0.8w and returns 80 lumens of lighting per foot. Need shorter lengths than 50', no problem; this low voltage rope light system is cuttable every 3' so you can field-trim down to your individual requirements. Due to the 1/2" diode spacing, this 2 wire rope light system works for both direct and indirect lighting applications, highlighting objects, creating accent lighting in crown molding and display cases or used to outline pathways for outdoor events such as weddings or galas. Thanks to the UV protective coating applied to the jacket of our LED rope light, you are able to use our LED rope light system outdoors without fear of it yellowing from sun exposure. We've mounted the diodes in line horizontally, not vertically, for better even light distribution, greater light output and tighter bulb spacing. (Un)shocking Safety

Ask any electrician and they'll tell you how dangerous it is for someone inexperienced to handle 120V standard line voltage. This concern was part of our desire to create a low voltage option in our line of award winning LED rope light. Since this 12V LED rope light is classified as low voltage, there are much fewer safety concerns when working with the product, it needs no certifications or safety inspections and best of all, works with AC and DC current so you don't have to buy a specific low voltage transformer.

High, Low and Everything In-Between

Every lighting application requires its own level of lighting and our 12V LED rope light delivers in spades. Using a Lutron Diva (or comparable) dimmer, you can choose your preferred level of light output: from full illumination to low level accent lighting and anything between. Need to adjust the light output on the fly, no problem; our low voltage LED rope light smoothly changes light levels instantly and without flickering or shimmering.
