Brass Open Cover Recessed Flush Mount Step Light - PRGB-HL-DV

2.75 LBS
$7.00 OFF
Voltage required
Due to popular demand, we've extended the AQLIGHTING open cover design to create the PRGB-HL-DV solid brass step light. Crafted from heavy gauge solid brass construction and powder-coated in your choice of finish, we've created a new contractor and homeowner favorite. The open cover design uses an opaque glass panel that uniformly diffuses the light, which generates a soft area glow which is ideal for marker lighting or general area illumination. Using twin JC Bi-Pin sockets, this step/deck light is able to use either 12V or 120V inputs and is LED ready, able to use our large family of energy saving LED light bulbs. Paired with our LightEcho™ polished mirror reflector, every watt is put to use as all the light generated is directed towards the glass cover. Used commonly in stairwells, patios and deck lighting applications, the PRGB-HL-DV was designed to take anything the outdoors could throw at it while still looking like it belonged in a designer home.

prledgbhl-bronze-ww.jpg Solid Brass and Stamped Copper Construction:
Crafted from high quality solid brass and stamped copper, the PRLB-HL-DV step light is designed to thrive in the punishing conditions of an outdoor environment.
prledgbhl-rust-ww.jpg LightEcho Full Bulb Reflector:
With a LightEcho Full Bulb Reflector, any ambient lighting will be redirected into the same path as the light bulb. This allows you to obtain a more focused lighting arrangement.
prledgbhl-black-ww.jpg Universal JC Bi-Pin Socket:
LED ready, the PRGB-HL-DV step light utilizes a universal JC Bi-Pin socket, which is compatible with the AQLIGHTING line of energy efficient LED JC Bi-Pin Cluster bulbs.
We are using some of the newest, most efficient and reliable LED's available today for it's LED JC Bi-Pin Cluster bulbs with over 40,000 hours of life span rating vs less than 2,000 for halogen and a 3,100K color temperature.

We designed the PRLB-HL-DV brass and copper step light kits to function on 12V or 120V. 12V systems require a low voltage transformer.

    Nice Brick Light

Posted by Glen on Mar 15th 2018

I am using the light for a BBQ grill island. It was the only one I found that offered so many voltage and lighting flexibility. There could be a little more room to do wiring behind the light reflector, for low voltage it is not an issue but for 120v it is very tight. To wire nut more that 2 pairs of 14ga wires. The 1/2 knock outs on the bottom/Top of the housing line up i with the reflector making them useless if using standard conduit connectors. BTW these guys have great customer service, I will always try to use them in the future !
