Designed to be as simple to install as possible, the UBL has two options for power source. You are able to plug this fixture directly into a wall socket or you can hardwire it to line voltage for a more permanent addition to your home. Additionally, you are able to link multiple units together to power your series from a single point, making installation wiring a breeze.
Easy Surface Mounting
Installation of this kitchen recessed lighting kit is as easy as 1-2-3 screws. On the back of this fixture is 3 keyhole mounting points where your fixture attaches to the underside of your cabinets. After the screws are drilled into the bottom of your cabinets, the UBL simply slides into place and is locked in for a secure installation.
Bulbs
The UBL under cabinet light is powered by 120V 20w halogen G8 JC Bi-Pin light bulbs. Depending on the size of the fixture, this light bar generates either 40w or 60w of halogen lighting.
Voltage
We designed this under cabinet light bar to function on 120v, meaning that a transformer is not required. Simply plug this fixture into any standard wall socket or hardwire directly to line voltage.
